- left home on may 2011 (3.8 years we are seperated)
- will file divorce on bases of mental cruelty and threating and balckmailing for false 498a of not coming back for 3.8 years, don't want her even she want to come now!!!!!
Learnt that ANTICIPATORY BAIL is not allowed in UP? Is it true?
I am from mumbai, I will be filing the below cases in MUMBAI, so that my in laws, have to come to mumbai from UP. I will be expecting a false 498a by my in laws (in retaliation), when I file divorce, extortion, theft, DV ( She had hit my mother), life threats & blackmailing cases against my wife and her family.
If there is NO provision for anticipatory bail in uttar pradesh. How can I save me and my family from the expected false 498a my laws will file in retaliation?
Added query - our in laws have quite a hold in politics, so How can I transfer the false 498a case from UP to a neutral venue?
