498a case, dispense with personal attendance of accused

Dear Sir/Madam,

There are total 6 people are accused in the 498a case. At present 4 people have got summons. We would like to apply for the dispense with personal attendance, so that one person can attend the adjournments.

Which is the better option in the following.

1) Applying for the dispense with personal attendance for 4 people who got summons now and then later to apply the  dispense with personal attendance for the remaining 2 people whenever they get the summons.

2) Applying for the dispense with personal attendance for all the 6 people together now.

Many thanks in Advance.

The accused persons can get exemption from personal appearance in criminal court proceedings of the application for the same moved by them or on their behalf by their advocate on each date of appearance. There is no free or complete exemption for all court date appearances.

Thanks for you response Vijay Raj Mahajan.

Is it required to submit the crpc 205 petition for every adjournment? does not the crpc 205 work for all adjourments unless Magistrate directs for the appearance for trial or so.?

Could you please clarify.
