Hi,
In my case chargesheet submitted in court.But didn't get summon to attend court.There is no arrest till now so no bail.court date may fall in next 15 days and i am out of india.
In chargesheeet nothing is mentioned about my whearabout by poilce.I want to visit india and my advocates is saying that there is no problem to come in india as matter reached to court so it is not in hand of police to harras you,So i can visit india for 1 week as per his advice.
My question is that it is fine if i visit india.Is their any way to find any LOC issued against me.he also checked in court there is no other case against me to present in court.
He is also filling quashing/stay of 498a chargesheet in allahabad HC with proofs.
Divorce is done.
