498a compromise

Respected Members,

After 1 year of filing 498a and section 307 case, the wifes party is ready to withdraw all criminal cases if we give mutual consent divorce and pay the money they are asking for.

What would like to know is that do we first give divorce and they they withdraw the cases by depositing amount in court. Or do you first wait for the criminal cases to close and then file for mutual consent divorce. Do we have to deposit  alimony money upfront with the divorce court and then go for quashing of criminal cases. How do you close false section 307 case in this case.

Useful answers are requested as  opposite party wants us to take a decision quickly. Thanks in advance and prayers to all those who help.

Dear Querist

Execute a MOU/Compromise Deed and settle the matter amicably, it will be better.

after execute the MOU file a quashing petition before HC for quashing the FIR's if any, the HC have right to quash the same due to settlement.
