498a contested acquittal: what cases on witnesses

My recent 498a and 506 contested acquital judgement given by the LADY judge reads as:
"... Viewed from any angle prosecution has failed to prove the guilt of accused beyond reasonable doubt and hence the accused is entitled for benefit of doubt..."

Had contested for almost 4 years to have got a better judgement but it is what it is.

Respected forum members,

Few questions:
1. With the above judgement, what are the cases (civil / criminal) that I can file on all the witnesses.

2. Any advise on filing the divorce.

Regards.

Yes you can use this judgement for getting  decree of divorce in your favor on the grounds of cruelty.

Lemme explain what you can do exaclty with this acquittal

1. You can file for divorce against your wife on the basis of cruelty.

2. You can file suit for defamation and malicious prosecution against your wife with respect to indulge you in false cases of domestic violence.

3. You can also file suit for defamation and complaint under section 182(giving false information to public servant) and section 193(giving false evidence in court) etc against your wife and her colleagues.
