Hi Experts,
My wife filed 498a case at Rayagada against me and my parents in May2010 and I was arrested and kept in police custody for 10days , the 498a case was dismissed last week by the district court at Rayagada, Orissa state and I lost my job after my wife complained about my arrest details to my company.
My family is from Vizag, Andhra Pradesh. Please suggest me if I can file defamation case against my wife and her family at Hyderabad High court?
