In my 498a & DV false MLC had been submitted by my wife making injury herself and admitted in the hospital herself.Without informing to police by doctor the doctor had issued MLC to her saying that "Injury is simple and caused by hard & Sharp Obstence.Injuries are only skin depth longitudinal on both hand 25 to 30 mm".
Can it will be affect on my DV & 498a case?How to defend it?Because our lawyer is threating us regarding MLC..
