498a is now at evidence stage, Apx. 1000 km so far from my res.
in short : case filed on 2015 (307,498a323,504,506 & 3/4 CS submitted 307 removed, 3 persons accused, present at evidence stage,
Statement u/s 164 done PW1 & PW2 done with some contrad. not almost same as FIR.
Quary :-
1.Statment U/s 164 is sufficiant to prove 498a etc.
2. Was there any need of material evidence too to prove the same.
3. was there any need of evidence other then blood relation or blood relation is sufficient.
4. Statment given by them not need to prove or she has to prove i.e. the court only treat the word of women as true.
Seniors, request you to kindly clear as per indian evidence law.
