Rocky Smith (Instructor @ Calcutta (rockysmith4calcutta@gmail.com))     23 May 2015

Mr. Roy Sir,

I understand that you are not an instructor rather executor. However, as you mentioned-

To understand the character and action of sleeping pill/tablet one need not to take up a laudible task of studying M.B.B.S.”

– people of India need not to be a lawyer (As you are not MBBS). Just need the common sense and most of the lawyers (executors) are misleading them.

However, Common sense which is very common is uncommon to Indian people.  smiley

Rocky Smith (Instructor @ Calcutta (rockysmith4calcutta@gmail.com))     23 May 2015

Mr. Roy Sir,

If the sleeping pills are the ultimate solution then Indian people will take 100 pills which easily available and will go to their funeral.

Ultimate solution !!!! laugh

Biswanath Roy (Advocate)     23 May 2015

@ Mr. Rocky Smith,

Sorry to say that the term' "common sense" and the term "Sense in common" significantly carries two different meanings and two different concepts.  One may possess common sense but lagging behind sense in common particulary in the field of law. Judiciary deals with the views of codified laws all over the world where the role of "common sense" is like bell boys.

Dr J C Vashista (Advocate)     23 May 2015

Is it really a legal debate? Please adjourn.

Biswanath Roy (Advocate)     23 May 2015

Sorry Mr. Vashista, take it as a privelege to a Senior Lawyer who finds his alloted seat is being occupied by a paroxysm of madness.

Rocky Smith (Instructor @ Calcutta (rockysmith4calcutta@gmail.com))     23 May 2015

Mr. Vashista Sir and Mr. Roy Sir,

Don't wish to dafame anybody.

Request you all to guide victims properly and not to take this as business.

As per my knowledge codified laws does not coded the theorem of "Sleeping Pills".

SAINATH DEVALLA (LEGAL CONSULTANT)     24 May 2015

Dear Roy Saab,

Let us better restrain ourselves from debating with non legal persons, who are always adamant in their approach. I have number of proverbs striking my mind, but I restrain myself. Why myself,Dr.Vasishta,Dhingraji and other seniors, keep on controlling non legal experts is to put a break to unneccessary and unwarranted discussions and debates.Still some of them keep on provoking the seniors only to while away their time or gain knowledge.Though every registered member has a right to participate in the forum replies, non legal members giving legal advises is always like half baked beans further confusing the actual sufferer. This is not a debating podium and there are other avenues for that.

T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate)     24 May 2015

The author is not facing any legal problem yet, but he questions a lot for all those things which are not in existence.  How can one expect a solution to a problem that as not taken birth so far.  If he wants to complicate then let him do it first and then seek opinions from experts to solve them when he is not able to cope up with the problem he created.

If he is so much suspicious about his wife's future attitude, let him file a case to dissolve his marriage by a decree of divorce on the grounds of cruelty and face the music of law then.

Rocky Smith (Instructor @ Calcutta (rockysmith4calcutta@gmail.com))     24 May 2015

Mr. Devalla, I also have similar proverbs when I have seen a non-medical person advising like a MBBS professional. Pls advise on topic and to-the-point.

Mr. Kunal, you are always welcome with your problem once it is there, not all the advises will suit you, the problem you face may be peculiar and you may require to take different steps, hence discuss your problems when you face one.

Rocky Smith (Instructor @ Calcutta (rockysmith4calcutta@gmail.com))     03 June 2015

Thanks Mr. Kunal.
