Hi,
My sister-in-law has fabricated false case of Dowry(498A) as well as attempt to murder(307) on our family.
Can somebody please provide me any "case study on strangulation", since she has alleged that she was strangled by my family members. So I want to do more research on the fake medical report submitted by her.

it must be a beginning of the matter.
she might have got prepared some false report, but that does not mean that it will result in conviction only.
every thing is required to be proves as according to the law applicable.
there are various books available on medico-legal topic but it is advisable that it shall be left to the lawyer to make proper connection of facts and the law.

Since the term starngulation is a technical term,meaning as an act to choke, Constriction of a body part so as to cut off the flow of blood, the act of suffocating (someone) by constricting the windpipe;and it is somewhat tricky to make a MLC wherein the person choked is alive, as since it is a medico-legal term so more specicically can be only commented after a look on the aforsaid MLC.... caserecords@yahoo.com
