I have 498a and IT abuse 278 "a" and "f" pending with JM1 in Tamilnadu for 8 years
Now i want to renew my passort, can any one share format of NOC to get from magistrate,
Because my advocate asks what format i require ? is there any specific format for it ?

Your 498a or any other criminal impending case has got nothing to do with the renewal of your passport. Why do you require magistrate's permission for that? I hope your passport is in your possession only(?)
