Hi All,
I am also a NRI in a similar condition as you, my wife has written to the RPO to not extend my passport and it seems I am in some kind of data base visible to Indian Embassy.
I got a call from embassy stating that there is a case pending against me in India, and hence my passport cannot be renewed.
Kindly help me with how to proceed further in this regard. I do need the passport for travel at certain times. Will really appreciate it.
