I have been falsely implicated by my wife & booked me and my family members u/s 498A and 3/4 of DP Act. i have following documents collected form different source, Is it a valid ground for quash

A..Since it is a novel, store is narreted in the complaint,FIR and Chargesheet, I found amount 12 witness 4 are govt employees, and on 3rd of Apr,2009, they are in the office ( RTI Source)

B.Complaint is booked at 7 PM on 2nd April, and Magistrate order for investigation ( Magistrate order copy not available in Police stn and court as per RTI )also at 7 PM & arrest order also at 7 PM,

C.Accused were produced before magistrate at 2 am on 3rd April,

D.Accused were not given chance during investigation ( RTI Document)

E.During investigation it is found that "dowary has given as per the family tradition before marriage" (RTI Document)

Please suggest some more valid points based on the dates given
