498a- settlement in high court

Sir, Wife filed 498a on me and my family and later we are planning to go for settlement in Highcourt. We filed 498a quash petition in Highcourt. Is it compulsory to attend all accused in Highcourt at the time of 498a quash petition in Highcourt or only our lawyer is sufficient to attend in the Highcourt. Please advise. Thanks for your time

At the time of quashing presence of accused is not mandatory unless ordered by HC

You do not need to attend in person
