498a speed trial

in 498a, witnesses are dragging the case and judge is also not responding well and just letting it go. hence my lawyer advised to take it to high court and get speedy trial approval from the superior court.

few questions.

1. it's been pending since 4+ years. is it right to ask quick disposal and speedy trial?

2. is this going to harm me?

3. post speedy order, will the witnesses act fast & judge also act fast?

1) yes 2) no harm to you . If will you got order and magistrate follow that other the case will speed up . If you got decision in your favor it will also help you in getting divorce. 3) can't say depends upon magistrate.
