Actually my FIL & wife threatened me saying they filled 498a 1 year back & done some drama from tht time she is not staying with me. It was dramatic escape when I went to office they have done all this & escaped.
Now they filled crpc 125 in which they mentioned that they hav put 498a on me.
But questions :
1) if they put 498a then why nothing happened yet?
2) Can I send RTI & ask for copy of it? wht happened but I dont know the date when they filled.
Will this help me to prove their claims are wrong? or is it something like if I send RTI then its like digging own's grave?
