498A case trail is on. LW1 to LW3 are called for evidence. Just after the cross examination of LW1 to LW3, can accused side can file application U/s 91 of CrPC to produce the telephone call documents in court.
For this, to whom the court may issue summons to produce documents? In the application U/s 91 of CrPC, shall the prayer should reveal the company of the telephone/cell provider?
