498a - urgent advice needed

Hi.

My sister is also accused in my FIR for Dowry. She stays abroad. Now cops want her detials: address , place of work etc.

Can someone please advise what is the Procedure for A3/A4 who stay abroad? I am advised that AB cannot be granted if person is abroad.

Please PM me, if you have any advise or experience on the matter.

Dear, At the time of anticipatory bail presence of accused is not required..... And tell the concerned court that they have nothing to do with this ....... Kapil Chandna Adv ... 9899011450

Just say that you don't have the address and othet details. AB is possible, few of my friends got AB while they were staying out of India.
