498a Wife is not appearing in court from past 10 months, judge has issued an order to the SP to find her and produce in court. I am worried that she might come up with a new allegation once she is produced, In the past she has alleged that I had threatened her to stay away from court, she might do the same again.Please advice, how to counter this threat and safeguard my family members

Don't keep worrying on the guesses of what will happen when she will appear, come what may, be prepared to challenge all her game plan by framing up your own. From the way you contend, one can easily suspect you to have threatened her hence she abstained from appearing before the court for more than 10 months? Consult your lawyer on such situations who will take care of the situation if one arises.
