I need your expert advice to validate if the following statement in FIR attracts section 506?
"The accused are threatening that in case the complainant does not fulfill their wishes, then she shall be thrown out of the matrimonial house. That the complainant is residing at H No XX Sector XX City XX only for the sake of her children . The complainant has every apprehension that the accused may finish her. It is therefore requested to kindly register a case against the accused persons and get the Stree Dhan recovered and to get the culprits punished according to law."
