I am planning to buy a property at Devgad, Maharashtra, as developer said, he will construct four house of 540 sq. ft. on one plot and and on that plot 7/12 extract all 4 parties name will appear, My query is, Developer is not ready to demark my used portion of land for construction of house and issue a separate 7/12 extract instead he said all four parties name will appear on 7/12. He also said that for such a small portion of land a separate 7/12 can not be issued, it is a rule of law. So, I want to know whether there is any such rule is exist in the law? and if i go for buying such property what will be the consequence?
