Hi,
I have a plot in Pune. Within the same survey number there is person who is having 2 plots but they are not adjacent to each other, but when I see 7/12 extract (Satbara) I can both his land combined and shown as one.
e.g. He is having 1.5R at one place and 0.5R at other place here both the lands are within same survey number, but on 7/12 extract it is shown as 2R.
Is this right? Is it legal?
This has created a lot issue to me. Please advice.
