you have to attend the court else a warrant would be executed .With reference to maintanence they will ask for the moon , can you give it to them ??.Hence remain cool catch hold of a good lawyer and contest the case .

She would ask for the moon, but very unlikely that she would get it.

Thanks a lot Sir for your message, I got next date for hearing without attending on court & We planned take stay on high court,Remove all names of mother,sister,aunt & apply a Cheating case....How would it be???

I differ with Nadeem Sa'ab,

Quash can not be filed on the ground that the FIR is false. If that was the ground each accused in every crime would be moving HC for quashing as accused always say that FIR is false.
