83 ordered in 406 case but police doesn't execute it

We filed 406 case in ghaziabad lower court. But accused who resides in meerut, didn't come to court after NBW.On last court order 83 against accused. But still police failed to execute the order. Every time accused bribe the police. Can you please suggest what could be done in this case? Will police be ever arrested the accused? If not, then what will be further action from the court? Will we get justice or we get only dates? I'm very much depressed now. Pl help me.
