the prosecution have to stand their own legs and the same cannot be proved on the statement and document of the accused inasmuch as no accused should be compelled to incriminate himself.
but the prosecution can be produce any document without any order.

No. Complainant can brought the only evidence he has already mentioned in hic Complaint. Any evidence out of the Complaint could be produced with the permission of the Court.
