AB

We have lodged a complaint on a person in land grabbing. The case is on police station suddenly the person got AB from court wat to do either the ab can be cancelled .the police now not agrying to put f.i.r wat to do

Anticipatory Bail prevents arrest, but does not in any way prevent lodging of FIR. YOu can still file an FIR or if the police refuse to file an FIR, you can directly approach the Judicial Magistrate First Class in your jurisdiction with a private complaint. If he is satisfied with your case, he will direct the police to file an FIR and investigate the case.

nothing left to add,

AB can be filed even without FIR, AB can be filed on apprehension of arrest.
