Dear Learned Members,
AB condition in 498a case states that "enlarged on bail of Rs 20,000 each with surety of like amount". My question to learned members is whether one person can give surety for all of our family members (4) or do we have to get 4 separate persons as sureties, one for each family member.

I think it is possible in the light if sec 441A of crpc
