Abhay yojna 2008, maharastra

Dear learned lawyers,

The query is regarding the Abhay Yojna 2008 amnesty scheme, Maharastra. I had paid the required stamp duty under the schemes terms and conditions, but failed to register the document. Recently a broker told me that registration under this scheme is not time bound and registration can be done even now. 

I would be very grateful if someone can confirm this or other remedial measures?
