if we give a BG to any company and comapny give the stock twice against BG but suddenly company change the distribution and not take return stock and settelment then wht we do

company send us agreement but we donot give retuen with our sign copy can you confirm me company can encash the bg without any information or bank first confirm me bcoz we can return the stock to company after full settelmet

The very purpose of the BG is to ensure that the beneficiary under the BG must be protected. Hence whatever may be dispute between company and you, it will in no way restrict the company from invoking the BG. If there is breach of contract you can file suit against company for damages.
