About consumer case compensation

Respected sir,is there any way to get compensation from the cable tv operator,if we succed to prove a big fraud in there service providing?if yes how much compensation can be claimed from consumer court

It depends on facts and actual loss or agony suffered by individuals in terms of monetary loss.
