one person took my phone without my permission and booked flight tickets by my phone paytm and then I canceled them and now he is blackmailing me that I have canceled his flights so he will complain against,so what can I do? does this fair taking others phone and doing such things and then blackmailing!.

The other person haa dishonestly from the very beginning has tried to deceive you by causing wrongful loss of you and booked the said tickets without your prior consent. It is advisable to file a criminal complaint of cheating and criminla breach of trust under Section 406 and 420 IPC.
