Hi,
My "x" company have to pay me full and final settlement which includes 2 months of salary.
I left the company about 9 months back and that time they said will pay you all remaining salaries in 2 months of time and after that they dint pay me single Rupee.
As other organization say, they are also saying that the company is not doing good financially but still it is under operations and employees working there.
Whenever i ask about my salary thru mail or over phone, they refuse to respond anything. they neither responding to my mails nor replying anything on my settlement.
I recently moved to other place for the job purpose.
Kindly suggest me what should be my next step? Even if i send legal notice, will it work out?
