About first wife property rights after husband death

In Hindus there is no concept like two married wife after coming into force of Hindu Marriage Act. The legal recognised wife will be first one and she will succeed her husband being wife and entitled to one share, all children from first wife and illegal second so called wife will inherit one share each.
