About marriage disputes

I got married 7 months ago. I am having dispute with my husband since my marriage. Now, my case is with Conciliation & Mediation Center. I would like to know that what will happen if my case is not settled here. Whether it will be forwarded to any court ? If I am unable to attend my next hearing due to my ill health then what will i have to do. Please provide suggestions.

I will be thankful to you.

Thanks

if mediation fails the case would move on to the court

Yes that's the procedure

what is the matter/dispute ? who filed case and which against whom ?

Court is not place to settle disputes and matter turn ugly when contested in case mediation fails.

If you are looking for a reconciliation with your husband then tread carefully and make the best use of mediation in understanding the issues faced by both and attempting to resolve them. Avoid litigation/court case. Keep EGO aside.

In case of failure to mediation, the case will be forwarded to court after my consent or by default it will move? If I would like to bring the case in women cell then what shall I need to do?

Thanks

Ms Kanchan, have you or husband filed for divorce case or any other case in court. We are assuming your mediation is happening at court counselling center.

If both parties do not reconcile or come for settlement then by default it will move to court. Why do you want to take the case to women cell when you are already  getting an opportunity to mediate at counselling center.

My case was forwarded through police station in mediation center. But,they are not taking the appropriate action in this regard. Therefore, I just want to know that whether I can move the case to Women cell instead of Court or not. Thanks
