About my bank fixed deposite

Me and my daughter hold a joint account in a bank. The account have some fixed deposites. At this moment my daughter does not live with me, she has been married and we dont have any relation also. Now the question is bank decline to give the matured fd to only me. My question is whether am I bound to share the amount with my daughter or not. Please Help.

If it is joint FD originated from Joint Saving account then you cannot claim FD individually.

Online FD are normally credited to saving account but traditional  form of FD need signature on the back of FD to be submitted for crediting to the saving account.
