About probation and confirmation of services

Dear Sir,

 

 
At the time of salary Negotiation I was demanded 4.25 lacs But GM HR offered me  4 Lacs and they told me you will get remaining 25 thousand After confirmation And written any where On my resume.  But at the time confirmation they have issued latter with out 25 thousand increment. After  that they had searched all my documents for written proof. But they don't find it any where.
 
Due that reason the confirmation letter is not accepted by me and resigned for same same reason. And completed Notice period of one month as your clause of  probation But now HR dept treating me as permanent employee.And they have cut my Salary of 2 months 
 
And replyed me as follows
 
Since the confirmation letter had been issued, you will be treated as an
confirmed employee as per our records.
The confirmation status is not subjected to your acceptance of the letter.
 

So, Please tell me can it posible to continue my service with accepting the latter , And also advice me for legal laws and actions regarding labour laws.

Dear Mr.Vijay,

They can not do so and they can not interpret their own policies as they like. Issue legal notice to them with the help of  advocate.  And make sure that you have not signed on confirmation letter.
