I m doing Clerical Job in SSB Force being UDC.
MY doubt is related to a case where an Force Personnel had proceeded on 5 days Casual Leave w.e.f 12/03/2018 and
on 14/03/2018 he was in Judicial Custody on the allegations framed by his wife for dowry case.
Later on he relaesed on Conditional Bail on 24/04/2018 after 42 days.
Therafter the Dicipline Authority placed the Official under Deemed Suspension.
Before Completion of 90 days the official has been acquitted from all the charges which were framed by his wife and moreover his wife withdrawn the case and accordingly his deemed suspensio period has been revoked.
Sir after having paased the judgment order in favour of Official how we can regularized his Judicial Custody period?
The suspension period (judicial custody) may be treated as LEAVE ON DUTY WITH OR WITHOUT LEAVE if the disciplinary authority pleases as the court passed orders in favour of the official.
