Section 195A - Threatening any person to give false evidence

  1. Offence : Threatening any person to give false evidence - Punishment : 7 Years or Fine or Both
  2. Offence : If innocent person is convicted and sentenced in consequence of false evidence with death, or imprisonment for more than seven Years - Punishment : Same As Offence

It is a cognizable and non-bailable offence.
