Hi

Thank you for your question

Section 292 iPC-Doing any obscene act in a public place or singing etc. any obscene songs in such a place has been made an offence under this section.

1. This section states that whoever annoys others by either doing any obscene act in any public place, or by singing , reciting or uttering any obscene songs, ballad or words, in any public place or near it,

2. Shall be punished with simple or rigorous imprisonment  for term upto 3 months.

3. It is a bailable offence.

4. it is also cognizable offence  that means police does not require to take permission to arrest from a magistrate, can without warrant arrest that very offender.

Hope this will help you
