About surname change in aadharcard

Dear sir/madam could please clarify my doubt. Surname changed in my sisters aadharcard after she got married. But all her documents related to her study were with my fathers surname. Is there any objection if she got selected in any state government or central government jobs.? Thank you

To avoid problems now ladies don't change their surname instead they add inlaws surname in their name

Ex:

<Name> < Parentel Surname> < Husbands Surname>
