Sir, I have a site reconveyed by erstwhile C.I.T.B to my late Father which has been transfered to my name for which i have the possession certificate (in my name). Is it neccessary for me to produce the details pertaining to the reconveyance done in my Father's name .Will they issue the sale deed on producing the P.C. Hope they will be having the old records or in case they say old files are missing what is the next option. I will be thankful if someone can give a proper solution.
