- M/s. A.P.Steels Ltd., now closed, and prior to closure, the employee was sent on DEPUTATION with another AP State Government Company, M/s. APHDC Ltd., as the M/s. APSL is not in a position to pay even salaries to the employees, and the state government is under recruitment ban. The M/s. APHDC Ltd., lent my services on Deputation due to the sanctioned and clear vacancy.
-M/s. APHDC Ltd., sent the employee relived to report to the parent organisation which is already closed.
- since, then, the employee is on the orads, no job and no salary. what is the remedy.
-The employee is now strugguling for his servival from last 15 yrs, no salary, no job. there is no chance to get a job even in the private sector as there is no reliving orders.
-can i have any remedy for this??
