Abusing process of the court

My cousin was released from prison on bail. He has been chargesheeted for making a fake will and using it 6 times in the Courts. In the last Court Order it was written that my cousin had abused the process of the Court. He has now (while on bail) made another fake document and used it in Court again to try and usurp my property. What can I do to stop all of this? Thank you in advance.
