Abusive words in internet

one finds lot of usage of abusive words on the internet particularly when commenting on politicians.

now india being democratic everyone claims freedom of expression as fundamental right. so

is there any list of words which are considered illegal or a crime to utter when commenting on public representatives ( like calling them BC, MC, CH , HIJ, har, etc.)? or alternately are there words which ae considered ok for use (  like stupids , idiots, budhdhu, bewkoof ,chor , etc.etc.)?   where can one find a list of such words or legal explanations as to what would constitute an offence and what would,nt (in india of course)??

no, i am not concerned of being abused (i am not a politician). what happens to someone who abuses is what i want to know? and how much can someone go abusive in his language on the public forums? purely academic interest, since i find a large number of comments on newspaper websites venting their anger in language that definitely is not classical.

yes good idea, there should be a list but  people may use new words instead of old one.
