Acceptance of offer letter

Please, let me know if company refuses to honour any one  of conditions of acceptance mail

against offer. Can contract be treated as null and void ab initio... ? In such situation, can

employee refuse to honour any one condition of employement.. eg. in acceptance letter,

I mentioned that company should provide conveyance as and when required. Now, company

is telling policy has changed and you are not eligible and telling whatever, terms decided

at time of joining is not valid or no existence. Can an employer do so ? What can an employee

do for resinstatement of the things decided at time of acceptance of employer's offer.
