Hi. I bought a land with access road (As per the plans shown to me). Now another person is claiming that the road belongs to him and if that happens i lose the access to the property. Even if its genuine, is it a law that every property need to be given access?. Are we able to enforce this by filing a suit?.
I have Building plan approved too. Hence we are stuck here. Appreciate any info rendered, which will make me to decide on legal proceedings.
