Dear Sir ,
I am working on XYZ Company from 15.08 .17 and I put a resign on 30.12.17 and leaves the company on 3-1-18 .Company was not given me any offer letter or any appointments letter but I received salary timely. .Now after resign and leaving company he has made a deduction of not serving notice in full and Final .So please suggest what can do I talk to company but they are unable to listen any things .I am not aware of such deduction because I have not get offer letter.pls suggest what legal action I can take.
Rules applicable to all employees are also applicable to you irrespective of the fact that you have been issued with an offer letter / appointment letter or not.
