Action against non-advocate

I just want an advice or rather if any one can provide me with any judgement on the issue:

1. What action can be taken against a person who is not an advocate but uses the prefix advocate before his name or present himself as an advocate.

2. Appropriate Authority before which action can be taken.

@ Author,

The person can be booked under S. 417 (punishment for cheating, jail term of maximum 1 year or with a fine or with both and is bailable offence) and 419 (punishment for cheating by impersonation, punishment of a jail term that might extend to 3 years or a fine or both and is bailable offence) of the IPC.

I diagree to Anish. No case of impersonation fraud made out. Fraud happens when another person assumes your identity for the purpose of committing Criminal Acts in your name. Here this person is using a Title not name!
