In a high rise gated community apartments of Hyderabad. What are the actions that the apartments society/committee can take on the defaulters i.e non payment of dues monthly maintenance and its penalties ?
I heard that they are likely to disconnect the water/gas supply or power connections or stop attending maintenance repair work in that defaulters apartment or impose heavy penalties ?
Or can they ask the residents to vacate the premises ??
Is that true or any other action/s is followed in India in general ?
