A flat was purchased under the subvention scheme in Greater Noida (UP) and an Offer of possession was issued in July 2021. Accordingly, the interest payment under the subvention by the builder was stopped and EMI started in August 2021. Till this time i.e. April 2022, no actual possession is being given. What are the rules governing the specific time periods between "Offer of Possession" and "Actual Possession/Handing over the Flat". Can you please provide the relevant copy of the rules to file a suit, if required?
